Товар поставляється невеликими партіями, визначеними Замовником п’ять разів на тиждень, відповідно до замовлень, поданих закладами освіти, наступного дня після дати подання замовлення до 15:00. Датою поставки Товару є дата передачі Замовником Товару відповідно до видаткової накладної. Поставка товарів здійснюється Постачальником протягом строку дії Договору відповідно до попереднього Замовлення Покупця, в якому визначається асортимент (вид) та обсяг товару (кількість), ціна за одиницю товару (відповідно до підписаної Сторонами Специфікації), загальна ціна партії товару та інші умови. Замовлення може проводитись шляхом листування, телеграмою, через телефонний або факсимільний зв’язок, по електронній пошті e-mail або надаватися через представника Постачальника. Відвантаження та доставка Товару на адреси Замовника здійснюється Постачальником, відповідно до прийнятих замовлень. При постачанні товару Постачальник обов’язково повинен надати сертифікати відповідності, протоколи випробувань, гігієнічні сертифікати (висновки), декларацію виробника з зазначенням номера ветеринарного свідоцтва на конкретну партію (на момент поставки) та/або інші документи, які підтверджують походження та якість товару, відповідно до чинного законодавства України. Поставка товару проводитися у спеціальному транспорті з дотриманням санітарних вимог, в тому числі щодо сумісності продуктів харчування та холодового ланцюга.
