Кобеляки, вул. Покровська 43А (база підприємства) Строки поставки: Товар поставляється окремими партіями, протягом трьох робочих днів з дня отримання заявки. Товар повинен бути новим, раніше не використовуваним, виготовленим виробником не раніше 2025 року та відповідати вимогам відповідним стандартам України. До ціни Товару включаються усі додаткові витрати, які пов’язані з пакуванням, доставкою, розвантаженням товару, обов’язкові платежі, збори, прямі витрати, накладні витрати, витрати сторонніх організацій та прибуток, який Учасник планує одержати при виконанні договору. При виявленні Замовником невідповідності якості товару, будь-чого іншого, що може якимось чином вплинути на якісні характеристики товару - Учасник гарантує заміну неякісного товару на протязі 1(одного) календарного дня. Гарантійний термін експлуатації на товар не є меншим, ніж термін придатності, що зазначений заводом-виробником але не менше ніж один рік.
