Description

Товар постачається окремими партіями відповідно до виробничої потреби згідно заявок Покупця. Поставка Товару здійснюється протягом 5 (п яти) календарних днів з моменту отримання заявки Постачальником. Постачальник зобов’язаний у повному обсязі забезпечити поставку товару до 26.12.2026 року. Сторони погодили, що заявка на поставку Товару надсилається засобами електронного зв’язку, на електронну пошту Постачальника, вказану в реквізитах договору. Поставка Товару здійснюється за адресою Покупця - м. Київ, вул. Лютнева, 58. Факт поставки Товару підтверджується підписанням видаткової накладної на Товар представниками Сторін, уповноваженими на це в установленому порядку. Разом з Товаром Постачальник повинен передати Покупцю документи, які мають відношення до Товару і належать до передачі разом з ним відповідно до чинного законодавства України та цього договору. В іншому випадку Покупець має право відмовитися від прийняття Товару. Розрахунки Покупця з Постачальником здійснюються виключно у національній валюті України на підставі видаткової накладної, підписаної обома Сторонами, шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника.
