Учасник зобов’язується поставити Замовнику товар в кількості згідно замовлення останнього в період протягом 3 календарних днів з дня подання замовлення Замовником у місце поставки. Країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація, Республіка Білорусь або Ісламська Республіка Іран. Подання пропозиції постачальником вважається підтвердженням того, що його товар відповідає вимогам, визначеним замовником у запиті пропозицій постачальників, а саме: що запропонований товар не є товаром, що походить з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран, відповідно до постанови КМУ «Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу» від 14 вересня 2020 р. № 822.
