Умови поставки товару: поставка товару здійснюється Постачальником окремими дрібними партіями згідно з заявкою (замовленням) навчальних закладів Покупця, кожного дня з понеділка по п’ятницю (крім вихідних днів) з 07 год. 00 хв. до 09 год.15. хв. Обсяг кожної партії визначається закладами Покупця у залежності від фактичної потреби без обмеження розміру мінімального замовлення. За порушення умов поставки передбачено розірвання договору Покупцем в односторонньому порядку. Послуги, які обов’язково надає Учасник та включає в ціну товару: здійснення поставки товару своїм транспортним засобом у кожен заклад, зазначений у проєкті Договору, здійснення вантажно-розвантажувальних послуг при поставці товару та занос товару в приміщення за адресою кожного навчального закладу. Продукція повинна постачатися спеціальним автотранспортом, що призначений для перевезення продуктів харчування з дотримання санітарних вимог, в тому числі щодо сумісності продуктів харчування. Приймання товару за кількістю і якістю здійснюється у присутності представника навчального закладу. Строк постачання товару: до 31.12.2026 р
