Закупівля проводиться у порядку відбору постачальника шляхом запиту пропозицій постачальників відповідно до Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14 вересня 2020 р. № 822, виходячи з вартісних меж, встановлених пункту 8 Особливостей здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11.11.2022 № 1275 «Деякі питання здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану» зі змінами, у редакції чинній на момент проведення закупівлі. Учасник через електронний каталог подає пропозицію відповідно до вимог, установлених замовником у запиті пропозицій постачальників в електронній системі закупівель. У пропозиції ціна подається без урахування податку на додану вартість. Договір між замовником та переможцем відбору укладається відповідно до вимог законодавства. У сумі договору повинен враховуватися податок на додану вартість у разі, коли постачальник товару є платником податку на додану вартість, а операція з постачання товару підлягає оподаткуванню податком на додану вартість.
