Description

1. Країною походження запропонованого товару не може бути Російська Федерація, Білорусь або Ісламська Республіка Іран. 2. Орієнтовне місце поставки, Вантажоотримувач та кількість Товару: вказані в Таблиці №2 цього Додатку. Про точне місце поставки Товару Покупець письмово повідомляє Постачальника протягом строку, визначеного цим Договором. 3. Строк поставки товару: протягом 90 календарних днів з дати підписання Договору. 4. Вимоги до якості: щебінь не містить сторонніх засмічуючих домішок, які видно неозброєним оком, деревину, шматки металу, глину у вигляді грудок та глиб тощо. 5. Вид фасування: насипом. 6. Умови толерансу: при постачанні Вантажоотримувачу допускається відхилення від погодженої до поставки кількості Товару в бік зменшення до 5% з відповідною зміною загальної вартості Договору.. 7. Перелік супровідних документів, що надаються під час поставки кожної партії Товару кожному вантажоотримувачу: - документ виробника про якість виробів (паспорт та/або сертифікат та/або інший подібний документ) на товар, що постачається який підтверджує технічні характеристики Товару; - завірена копія сертифікату/паспорту та/або протоколу випробувань на вміст радіоактивних речовин.
