Affidamento diretto ai sensi dell’art. 50, comma 1 lettera b), del D.lgs. 36/2023 del servizio di organizzazione e gestione di interventi psico-educativi a favore di minori in età scolare (fascia 7-11 anni) con Disturbo dello Spettro dell’Autismo in carico alle Strutture territoriali di Neuropsichiatria dell’Infanzia e dell’Adolescenza (NPIA) del Dipartimento di Salute Mentale e Dipendenze Patologiche dell’AUSL di Modena, prevalentemente residenti nell’Area Centro nord, in particolare nei Distretti di Carpi, Mirandola e Castelfranco Emilia. Durata dell’affidamento dal 01/10/2026 al 31/12/2026, con opzione di rinnovo per ulteriori n. 3 (tre) mesi e possibilità di proroga fino a e non oltre il raggiungimento dell’importo massimo di € 139.999,99 IVA esclusa. Importo base d’asta non superabile per n. 3 (tre) mesi € 65.000,00 IVA esclusa. Importo complessivo dell’affidamento, comprensivo delle opzioni previste, € 139.999,99 IVA esclusa.
