Quotidianamente al JRC-Ispra sono presenti ca 1500 persone. Il personale che lavora nei laboratori e nei servizi utilizza indumenti da lavoro e biancheria che regolarmente deve essere lavata, disinfettata e stirata. Ad esso va aggiunto la biancheria ad uso delle foresterie e degli alloggi. Di conseguenza, è necessario attribuire un contratto per garantire questo servizio essenziale per il funzionamento del sito JRC-Ispra.
