L’ESMA lance une procédure en vue de la conclusion d’un marché de services de maîtrise d’ouvrage portant sur l’accompagnement de projets d’aménagement dans un environnement d’immeuble de grande hauteur (IGH). Le marché comprend notamment l’assistance à l’obtention, au suivi et à la validation de l’ensemble des autorisations administratives, techniques et réglementaires requises, en coordination avec les bureaux de contrôle, les autorités compétentes et les autres parties prenantes concernées. Le titulaire du marché assurera la coordination, le suivi et le contrôle de la phase d’exécution des travaux jusqu’à leur réception, ainsi que la clôture du projet. Les travaux seront réalisés par une entreprise préalablement désignée par l’ESMA.
