Description

La présente consultation a pour objet des services d'assurances pour les besoins du SICTIAM (3 lots) : assurance responsabilité civile exploitation et professionnelle, assurance protection juridique des agents et des élus, assurance res-ponsabilité civile mandataires sociaux. La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques, est indiquée dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) de chaque lot. La forme du contrat est un marché ordinaire à prix global et forfaitaire annuel, selon les prix indiqués dans l'acte d'engagement (AE) du titulaire. Le montant estimatif du marché, sur 4 ans, est de : - Lot 1 : 40 000 EURHT - Lot 2 : 4 000 EUR HT - Lot 3 : 40 000 EUR HT Le présent marché prend effet à compter du 01/01/2027, pour une durée ferme de 4 ans (du 01/01/2027 au 31/12/2030), avec faculté de résiliation annuelle pour l'une ou l'autre partie moyennant un préavis de 6 mois avant le 1er janvier de chaque année.
