L'objecte del contracte és la prestació del servei integral d'organització, gestió i execució del programa municipal de vacances socioculturals Vacances per a tu, destinat a persones de 65 anys o més empadronades al municipi del Vendrell, d'acord amb les Bases reguladores aprovades pel Ple municipal en dat 09 de Setembre de 2025 i amb les característiques definides al Plec de Prescripcions Tècniques. El programa municipal de vacances socioculturals Vacances per a tu és una actuació destinada a facilitar la participació en activitats de lleure, convivència i dinamització sociocultural de persones de 65 anys o més empadronades al municipi del Vendrell, amb especial atenció a aquelles que es troben en situació de vulnerabilitat social o risc d'exclusió social. El contracte comprèn l'organització integral de les estades i activitats socioculturals, incloent, entre d'altres, l'allotjament, la manutenció, el transport, les excursions, les visites culturals, les activitats de dinamització i qualsevol altre servei complementari necessari per a la correcta execució del programa.
