Els treballs previstos en el present contracte de serveis consisteixen en el desenvolupament de les tasques de direcció d’obra del Projecte executiu de rehabilitació dels sostres de la fàbrica dels Panyos. L’obra té per objectiu rehabilitar els 3 sostres que separen les diferents plantes de l’edifici i els elements de suport vertical. Cadascun dels sostres té una superfície construïda d’uns 1.400 m2. L’actuació, per tant, abasta una superfície d’intervenció d’uns 4.200 m2. L’obra té un pressupost d’execució material de 2.639.137’86 euros.
