El PMET ha portat a terme un procés de redistribució dels seus recursos humans, com a conseqüència de la necessitat de donar resposta als requeriments administratius i tècnics d’un organisme que gestiona sis complexos esportius que estan en continu creixement, amb la recent incorporació de nous equipaments a la gestió diària, que s’han traduït en un notable increment d’activitat esportiva i organització d’esdeveniments esportius de caràcter local, autonòmic, nacional i internacional. Resultat d’aquesta incorporació i de la impossibilitat de donar cobertura a totes les necessitats amb recursos propis, sorgeix la necessitat de contractar un suport del servei de les recepcions de les instal·lacions esportives, per tal de poder atendre a les obligacions administratives de l’organisme i possibilitar l’obertura de les instal·lacions durant els caps de setmana, garantint un servei i atenció al públic de màxima qualitat, davant la insuficiència de mitjans personals de què disposa el Patronat Municipal d’Esports de Tarragona (PMET) i la impossibilitat d’ampliar-los, d’acord amb les previsions de la Llei de Pressupostos de l’Estat.
