L’objecte del contracte el constitueix la prestació dels serveis tècnics per a la redacció del projecte executiu i l’estudi de seguretat i salut de les obres de reforma, adequació i modernització de la piscina exterior, edifici de vestidors, zona d’accés, espai bar-restaurant i nova pista de pàdel de l’equipament Tennis Sant Adrià. L’encàrrec inclou tots els treballs tècnics necessaris per a la correcta definició, justificació i valoració econòmica de les actuacions previstes, d’acord amb la normativa tècnica i urbanística aplicable, així com la documentació necessària per possibilitar la posterior licitació i execució de les obres. El projecte haurà de definir de manera completa les característiques funcionals, constructives, tècniques, ambientals, econòmiques i de seguretat de les actuacions previstes. L’abast del contracte comprendrà totes les prestacions i treballs necessaris per garantir la viabilitat tècnica i administrativa de l’actuació, d’acord amb les determinacions establertes en aquest Plec de Prescripcions Tècniques. Aquest contracte no es pot dividir en lots atesos els motius que s'expressen en l'informe de necessitat del contracte que figura en l'expedient.
