Redacció del projecte de reparació de paviments i millora de l’accessibilitat al barri de l’Eixample i direcció de les obres, en el cas que es duguin a terme. - Reparació i re-pavimentació de voreres degradades, amb substitució de peces trencades o enfonsades, regularització de pendents i execució de trams nous on sigui necessari - Re-asfaltat i reparació de calçades que presentin clots, enfonsaments o irregularitats superficials - Ampliació puntual de voreres en trams amb secció insuficient per al pas segur de vianants - Formació de nous passos de vianants adaptats, amb rampes, paviments podotàctils i rebaixes de vorera d’acord amb els criteris d’accessibilitat universal - Execució d’orelles (eixamplaments de vorera a les interseccions) per reduir la distància de pas, augmentar la visibilitat i la seguretat dels creuaments - Revisió i reposició del mobiliari urbà afectat per les obres (bancs, pilones, papereres, etc.) Aquest projecte haurà de ser desenvolupat i lliurat seguint els requisits de la metodologia BIM, conforme a la documentació inclosa a l’annex 1 del PPT.
