Constitueix l'objecte del contracte la prestació del servei de manteniment i gestió d'una plataforma d'administració electrònica i de tramitació d'expedients administratius, en modalitat SaaS (Software as a Service), per al Consell Comarcal de la Cerdanya (en endavant, CCC), amb la finalitat de permetre la tramitació íntegrament electrònica dels procediments administratius de la corporació, de conformitat amb el marc legal vigent i amb les prescripcions del PPT.
