Implementació diferenciada d’actuacions enfocades a l’alimentació, el control poblacional i el sanejament dels gats comunitaris (aproximadament hi ha 254 gats, en dades del cens de novembre de 2024) que es troben en les 39 colònies felines autoritzades del municipi, així com a la higiene de les infraestructures que aquestes disposen per alimentar-los i aixoplugar-los. Es tracta d’un contracte mixt de serveis i subministraments, d’acord amb l’article 18 de la LCSP. El contracte es regirà per l’article 17 del la LCSP, de contracte de serveis. La prestació principal del contracte correspon al contracte del servei, per tant el règim jurídic del present contracte es regirà per les disposicions relatives a aquests contractes.
