Amb el present contracte es pretén cobrir la necessitat de dotar de major infraestructura la Unitat de Prevenció de Serveis Mediambientals de la Selva, NORA S.A. comptant amb un servei extern de suport i assessorament tècnic en l’àmbit de la Prevenció de Riscos Laborals. La Unitat de Prevenció ha de disposar dels mitjans adequats i estar suficientment capacitada considerant l'operativa diària de la societat i la seva activitat, la qual trobant-se dins del sector de la recollida i gestió de residus té un nivell potencial de sinistralitat elevat, tenint en compte l’ús de maquinària pesant, manipulació constant de residus i l’exigència física del servei a realitzar per part dels treballadors. La correcta gestió preventiva és vital a fi d’evitar situacions de risc i accidents per part del personal i incidències en les instal·lacions de la societat.
