Description

Les travaux objet du présent marché portent sur le sciage du résiduel de dalle du centre commercial des Franciades à Massy. Ils s'inscrivent dans une opération de réduction de la dalle existante de 6,00 m à 3,00 m de largeur et comprennent des travaux de gros œuvre et d'étanchéité intimement liés. Les travaux de gros œuvre ont pour objet d'assurer la stabilité structurelle de la dalle préalablement aux opérations de découpe : terrassement en trous, réalisation de semelles isolées, création de nouveaux poteaux et longrines en béton armé en rive de dalle, et remblaiement en périphérie des ouvrages enterrés.
