Die Reinabwasserkanalisation in der Brünnelihöhe- und Schlosshofstrasse muss erneuert und vergrössert werden. Sie befindet sich in einem schlechten Zustand, ist stark verkalkt und weist ein Kapazitätsproblem auf. Stadtwerk Winterthur beabsichtigt die Gas- und Wasserleitungen in der Berg- und Schlosshofstrasse sowie und die Elektroleitungen in der Berg-, Brünnelihöhe- und Schlosshofstrasse zu ersetzen resp. zu ergänzen.
