Description

In verschiedenen Bearbeitungsstufen wurde im Jahr 2023 eine Machbarkeitsstudie erarbeitet und diese bis 2025 vertieft weiterentwickelt. Ergänzend wurden Zustandsanalysen sowie baustatische Abklärungen der Bestandsliegenschaften vorgenommen. Auf dieser Grundlage hat der Verwaltungsrat des WPZ Berghof entschieden, die vertiefte Machbarkeitsstudie umzusetzen. Das WPZ Berghof besteht aus Gebäudeteilen unterschiedlicher Erstellungszeitpunkten und Zuständen. Einzelne Teile sowie auch zentrale Funktionen haben grossen Erneuerungsbedarf. Für einen zukunftsgerichteten Betrieb sollen vier Pflege-Stationen mit je 25 -27 Betten auf je einer horizontalen-Ebene realisiert werden. Es sollen grosszügige und funktionale neue Einzelzimmer mit eigenen Nasszellen entstehen. Die Erneuerung des WPZ Berghof soll durch das Planerteam auf nachfolgendem Konzept systematisch erarbeitet werden und den Gesamtkontext zwischen Infrastruktur / Immobilie, Betrieb und Finanzierung sicherstellen. * Rückbau des bestehenden "Mitteltrakts"und Neubau eines sechsstöckigen Mittelteils * Vollsanierung "Haus Märt" und Aufstockung um 1 Geschoss (4.OG) in Leichtbauweise * Einfache Pinselsanierung "Haus Burg" * Cafetria und Gastroküche wurde 2020 erneuert und wird nicht angetastet
