Description

Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist die Fortführung, Erneuerung und gezielte Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Lösung zur Beschaffung, Bereitstellung und zum Betrieb von Mobilgeräten für die Mitarbeitenden der BLS AG. Im Rahmen der Ausschreibung soll ein geeigneter Partner evaluiert werden, welcher die BLS AG langfristig bei der Lieferung von Mobilgeräten (Smartphones und Tablets) sowie bei ergänzenden Dienstleistungen unterstützt. Hierzu gehört insbesondere die Bereitstellung eines auf die Bedürfnisse der BLS zugeschnittenen Web-Shops, über welchen Mitarbeitende Geräte aus dem definierten BLS Mobilgeräte-Portfolio beziehen können. Der zukünftige Partner soll in der Lage sein, neben der reinen Hardwarelieferung zusätzliche Dienstleistungen anzubieten, welche den gesamten Lifecycle der Mobilgeräte unterstützen. Dazu zählen unter anderem: * die Integration der Geräte in die bestehende Management- und Sicherheitsinfrastruktur (z. B. automatisierte Gerätebereitstellung), * die Unterstützung effizienter und digitalisierter Bestell- und Abrechnungsprozesse, * sowie bedarfsgerechte Service- und Supportleistungen. Ein zentrales Ziel der Ausschreibung ist es, die bestehenden, bewährten Prozesse weiterzuführen und gleichzeitig hinsichtlich Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Automatisierung, Transparenz und Wirtschaftlichkeit zu optimieren. Darüber hinaus soll sichergestellt werden, dass die Lösung flexibel auf zukünftige technologische Entwicklungen sowie veränderte Anforderungen der BLS reagieren kann.
