Description

Gegenstand der vorliegenden Submission sind die gesamten Tiefbauarbeiten für die Etappe West der neuen ARA Thurau inkl. der PFAS Altlastensanierung auf den betroffenen Bereichen (siehe Baugruben- pläne und übrige Unterlagen in den Beilagen zur Ausschreibung). Die PFAS Sanierung läuft parallel mit dem Projekt. Dies beinhaltet im Wesentlichen die folgenden Arbeiten: * Abhumusierung und gesetzeskonforme Entsorgung des belasteten Oberbodenmaterials * Erstellung Zwischenlager zur Triage des Aushubmaterials * Erstellung der erforderlichen Baustelleneinrichtungen * Baugrubenaushub (Triageverfahren) und gesetzeskonforme Entsorgung (Altlastensanierung) des belasteten Aushubmaterials inkl. Entsorgungskosten, bzw. Abfuhr und Deponie des übrigen Materials entsprechend den zulässigen Entsorgungswegen inkl. Gebühren. * Erstellung und Unterhalt der Baugrubensicherung * Erstellung und Unterhalt der Wasserhaltung (Standard offene Wasserhaltung inkl. Absetzbecken und Neutralisation) * Erstellung und Unterhalt der Wasserbehandlung (PFAS Elimination aus anfallendem Baustellenwasser inkl. geeigneter Vorbehandlung) * Rückbau des bestehenden Regenbeckens * Erstellung der Pfahlfundation (inkl. notwendigem Pfahlplanum)
