Description

Die Gerichte Kanton Aargau suchen einen oder mehrere Anbieter, um eine Scan- und Capture-Lösung einzuführen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Bereitstellung, Lieferung und Einführung einer neuen Scan- und Capture-Lösung, die aus Papiereinzugs- und Grossformatscanner, einem Capture-Service und einer REST-Schnittstelle besteht. Die Scan- und Capture-Lösung soll den Nutzenden der Gerichte Kanton Aargau (Obergericht, Spezialverwaltungsgericht, Zwangsmassnahmengericht, Bezirksgerichte [inkl. Familiengerichte/KESB], Schlichtungsbehörden und verschiedene Kommissionen) eine anwenderzentrierte elektronische Bearbeitung des Scanvorgangs ermöglichen. Wichtige Anforderungen sind dabei: Hohe Konfigurierbarkeit, Nachvollziehbarkeit von Datenänderungen, Revisionssicherheit von Dokumenten, umfangreiche Auswertungsmöglichkeiten, Einsatz digitaler Signaturen und Kontrolle gesetzlicher Löschfristen. Es wird eine benutzerfreundliche, barrierefreie Oberfläche in deutscher Sprache angestrebt, die automatisierte Prozesse für eine intuitive Nutzung in einem kollaborativen Arbeitsumfeld bietet. Für das Ziel eines durchgängig digitalen, medienbruchfreien Verfahrens mit elektronischer Aktenführung in der Justizakte-Anwendung (JAA) ist auch eine nahtlose Integration von Schnittstellen erforderlich.
