Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist, die Entwicklung oder Weiterentwicklung von Fachapplikationen wie auch für Anforderungen an die Bildungsdirektion, welche sich aus der Weiterentwicklung der kantonalen IKT-Grundversorgung ergeben, sicherzustellen. Dazu soll fachlichen und zeitlichen Ressourcenengpässen in der Bildungsdirektion durch den Beizug von spezialisierten externen Mitarbeitenden mit den notwendigen Kapazitäten und dem geforderten Fachwissen begegnet werden.
