Die Auftraggebende betreibt eine heterogene ICT-Landschaft mit mehreren tausend Benutzerkonten, unterschiedlichen Fachapplikationen sowie einer steigenden Anzahl privilegierter und geschäftskritischer Zugänge. Die bisherige dezentrale Verwaltung von Passwörtern und sensitiven Zugangsdaten führt zu erhöhtem administrativem Aufwand, eingeschränkter Nachvollziehbarkeit sowie Risiken hinsichtlich Informationssicherheit, Compliance und Betriebsstabilität. Im Rahmen der Weiterentwicklung der Informationssicherheits- und IAM-Strategie wird eine zentrale, revisionssichere und sichere Password-Manager-Lösung beschafft. Ziel ist die Ablösung unsystematischer Verfahren und die Schaffung einer einheitlichen Plattform für die sichere Speicherung, Nutzung und Verwaltung von Passwörtern, Secrets und weiteren sensitiven Informationen. Die zukünftige Lösung muss sowohl den Anforderungen moderner Sicherheitsarchitekturen als auch den regulatorischen und betrieblichen Anforderungen einer öffentlich-rechtlichen Organisation gerecht werden. Insbesondere sind hohe Anforderungen an Zugriffssicherheit, Verschlüsselung, Nachvollziehbarkeit, Governance sowie den Schutz vor unbefugtem Zugriff zu erfüllen.
