Bestehende On-Premise-Lösungen sollen im Rahmen der Strategie schrittweise durch eine Lieferantin in die Cloud migriert werden und diese im Rahmen ihres IaaS-Services betrieben werden. Zweck dieser Ausschreibung ist die Evaluation einer Lieferantin, die in der Lage ist, die Implementierung der IaaS Services sowie die Migration der Anwendungen durchzuführen und anschliessend die dazu benötigten IaaS Services in der Betriebsphase zu erbringen.
