Description

Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sucht die Auftraggeberin eine Anbieterin, welche in Zusammenarbeit mit der Auftraggeberin und der Infrastruktur Providerin, ein zentrales Portal aufbaut. Dieses Portal soll möglichst modular mit digitalen Bausteinen aufgebaut sein, so dass es später mit weiteren Funktionen und Elementen ergänzt werden kann. Diese Beschaffung enthält in einer ersten Phase den Aufbau des Portals mit dem zentralen Identity and Access Management und der ersten Dienstleistung, der Anwendung Postfach. Die Umsetzung muss spätestens im ersten Quartal 2028 erfolgt sein. Darüber hinaus erwartet die Auftraggeberin, dass die Anbieterin den Betrieb zusammen mit der Infrastruktur-Providerin der Anbieterin, die Wartung, den Support und die Weiterentwicklung des Portals als externe Leistungserbringerin sicherstellen kann. Die Anbieterin übernimmt alle notwendigen Umsetzungsaufgaben für technische und fachliche Anforderungen und arbeitet mit den Fach SpezialistInnen der Auftraggeberin und der Infrastruktur-Providerin der Auftraggeberin zusammen.
