Die Asyl-Organisation Zürich (AOZ) plant den Umbau der Liegenschaft SKU Ettenfeld an der Schaffhauserstrasse 550, 8052 Zürich, im 3. und 4. Obergeschoss. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Elektroinstallationen (BKP 230) für den Umbau. Die Arbeiten umfassen insbesondere den Rückbau bestehender Installationen sowie die Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Stark- und Schwachstromanlagen. Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet unter anderem: * Rückbau und Entsorgung bestehender Elektroinstallationen * Erstellung von Starkstrominstallationen * Erstellung von Schwachstrominstallationen * Installationen für Kommunikationsanlagen * Provisorische Bauinstallationen während der Bauzeit * Funktionskontrollen und Inbetriebnahmen Die Arbeiten erfolgen in einem bestehenden Gebäude und teilweise im laufenden Betrieb, weshalb eine enge Koordination mit der Bauleitung erforderlich ist. Die Ausführung erfolgt gemäss den Ausschreibungsunterlagen des Fachingenieurs. Die zu bearbeitende Fläche beträgt ca. 2000 m². Der Arbeitsbeginn ist für August 2026 vorgesehen, die Fertigstellung erfolgt voraussichtlich bis November / Anfang Dezember 2026.
