Auf dem Areal Bolligenstrasse der UPD bestehen knapp 40 Gebäude mit Heiz-Lüftungs-Klima (HLK) -Anlagen, die über ein ersatzbedürftiges Gebäudeleitsystem (GLS) gesteuert und überwacht werden. Das bestehende GLS für die betroffenen Gebäude auf dem Areal Bolligenstrasse der UPD soll durch ein neues abgelöst werden. Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung soll ein Anbieter zur Ausführung der erforderlichen Arbeiten für Gebäudeautomation und Elektroinstallationen gemäss den Anforderungen der UPD beschafft werden. Diese Arbeiten umfassen Projektleitung, Koordination und Realisierung des neuen GLS inklusive Ausführung sämtlicher Komponenten der Gebäudeautomation sowie der Elektroinstallationen. Nach der Inbetriebnahme sollen Betrieb, Wartung und Support des GLS bewerkstelligt werden.
