Die Psychiatrische Universitätsklinik Zürich (PUK) plant auf dem Areal Rheinau einen Neubau zur Erweiterung der stationären Behandlungsplätze der Klinik für Forensische Psychiatrie. Der Neubau umfasst Einrichtungen der Sicherheitsstufe «mittlere Sicherheit» mit insgesamt 39 Betten sowie Räume für Arbeitsagogik und Spezialtherapien. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Realisation eines zweigeschossigen Neubaus mit Untergeschoss mit einer Geschossfläche von rund 10’000 m² innerhalb des bestehenden Klinikareals. Die Ausführung erfolgt im Generalunternehmermodell (GU) auf Grundlage der durch die Auftraggeberin bereitgestellten Projektierung. Der Neubau dient der stationären Behandlung forensischer Patientinnen und Patienten und ist als Gesundheitsbau im Kontext des Justizvollzugs mit erhöhten Anforderungen an Sicherheit, Funktionalität und Betrieb auszuführen. Die interessierten Anbieter / Anbieterinnen können mit Einreichung der unterschriebenen Dokumenten "Geheimhaltungserklärung" und "Wegleitung Umgang mit sicherheitsrelevanten Informationen" (beil. Dokumente) die gesamten Submissionsunterlagen beziehen.
