Ausgangslage  Die Beleuchtungen der Schulanlagen Aare, Rohr (Schulhäuser Stäpfli, Brunnbach sowie  Auenhalle), Gönhard (Trakte 1-3) und Telli sind veraltet und entsprechen nicht mehr dem aktu- ellen Stand der Technik. Nebst den Auswirkungen durch das Alter kommt hinzu, dass mit der  Ausphasung von Leuchtmitteln die Beschaffung von Ersatzleuchtmitteln immer schwieriger  und wesentlich kostspieliger wird. Aus diesem Grund wurde mit HKG Engineering AG im Jahr  2022 eine Konzeptstudie für eine Umrüstung auf LED erarbeitet. Es wurde entschieden, ledig- lich einen 1:1-Ersatz der Leuchten vorzunehmen und keine weiteren Massnahmen vorzuneh- men.  Zielsetzung   In den erwähnten Schulanlange einen 1:1-Beleuchtungsersatz der bestehenden Leuchten auf  LED und daraus Optimierungen im Energieverbrauch sowie der Beleuchtungsqualität zu errei- chen.  Die vorliegende Beschaffung deckt die nötigen Installationsarbeiten ab. Die Leuchten werden  bauseitig zur Verfügung gestellt.
