Vienintelio pateikto pasiūlymo kaina yra per didelė ir nepriimtina bei, vadovaujantis VPĮ 45 str. 1 p. 5 d., visų tiekėjų, kurių pasiūlymai neatmesti dėl kitų priežasčių, buvo pasiūlytos per didelės, perkančiajai organizacijai nepriimtinos kainos. Ekonomiškai naudingiausiame pasiūlyme nurodyta kaina yra per didelė ir nepriimtina bei, vadovaujantis VPĮ 45 str. 1 p. 5 d., kiti pasiūlymų eilėje esantys pasiūlymai laimėjusiais negali būti nustatyti, nes perkančioji organizacija pirkimo dokumentuose nebuvo nurodžiusi pirkimui skirtų lėšų sumos.
