Das Stadttheater Olten ist ein vielseitig genutztes Gastspielhaus mit überregionaler Ausstrahlung und erfüllt eine zentrale kulturelle und gesellschaftliche Funktion für die Stadt Olten und die umliegende Region. Der Betrieb umfasst sowohl einen professionellen Kulturbetrieb mit Gastspielen aus den Bereichen Schauspiel, Musiktheater und Konzert als auch einen intensiven Vermietungs- und Tagungsbetrieb. Diese Doppelnutzung prägt die Anforderungen an Infrastruktur, Abläufe und Organisation wesentlich. Die bestehende bauliche Struktur des Hauses geht auf das späte 19. und frühe 20. Jahrhundert zurück. Trotz punktueller Erneuerungen - insbesondere im Jahr 2005 - stösst das Gebäude heute in mehreren Bereichen an betriebliche, funktionale und technische Grenzen. Insbesondere im Bereich der Gebäudehülle, der technischen Anlagen sowie einzelner Neben- und Betriebsflächen besteht Sanierungs- und Anpassungsbedarf. Die Aufgabe umfasst die Gesamtsanierung und Erneuerung des Stadttheaters Olten im Bestand. Gesucht ist ein Generalplanerteam, welches die baulichen, betrieblichen, funktionalen, technischen und gestalterischen Anforderungen des Hauses in einem schlüssigen Gesamtkonzept zusammenführt. Das Generalplanerteam hat mindestens die folgenden Fachbereiche abzudecken: _ Architektur / Gesamtleitung (Generalplanung) _ Theater- und Bühnenplanung _ Bauingenieurwesen _ HLK-Planung (Heizung, Lüftung, Klima) _ Sanitärplanung _ Elektroplanung _ Gebäudeautomation (MSRL) _ Bauphysik und Akustik _ Brandschutzplanung _ Gastroplanung Der Auftrag umfasst die Leistungen der SIA-Phasen 31, 32, 33, 41, 51, 52 und 53.
