Description

Die vorliegende Ausschreibung umfasst die Sanierung des Korrosionsschutzes an allen Stahlteilen und Einbauten des Triebwassers des Kraftwerk Handeck 3 bis zum Knotenpunkt Rotlaui. Die Arbeiten sind im Teil 3D detailliert beschrieben, im Wesentlichen sind dies:   Lieferung und Betreiben der erforderlichen Baustelleneinrichtungen für die Bearbeitung der Flächen, dies unter Berücksichtigung sämtlicher Vorschriften an Umweltschutz, Personenschutz und Qualität. Entfernen des bestehenden Korrosionsschutzaufbaus mittels HDW-Prozess oder Druckluftstrahlen Bearbeiten von tiefen Korrosionsmulden, entfernen eventuell vorhandener Schweissspritzer, Erhebungen im Stahl, sowie Entfernen überflüssiger Stahl-Einbauten. Waschen der Stollenpanzerung mittels VE-Wasser, welche nicht mittels HDW-Prozess entschichtet werden Oberflächenvorbereitung mittels Druckluftstrahlen Applikation eines neuen Korrosionsschutzaufbaus an den Innen- und Aussenflächen QS-Dokumentation
