Description

Mit dem Projekt werden die Gimenenstrasse in der Stadt Zug saniert. Das Projekt wird als BIM-Pilotprojekt ausgeführt. In der Gimenenstrasse wird die bestehende Strasseninfrastruktur im Abschnitt zwischen dem Hasenbüelweg und dem zukünftigen Buswendeplatz saniert und an die Entwicklungsziele des Quartiers angepasst. Die Fahrbahnbreite wird auf 5.50 m angepasst und der Gehweg mit einer Breite von generell 2.0 m erstellt. Zwischen Fahrbahn und Gehweg wird ein Grünstreifen angeordnet und durch neue Baumstandorte ergänzt. Zusätzlich wird auf der Parzelle Nr. 3172 unterhalb des Kindergartens ein neuer Buswendeplatz mit Wendeschlaufe erstellt. Dieser ersetzt künftig die bestehende Endhaltestelle der Buslinie 614 am heutigen Strassenende. Vorgesehen sind eine 22er-Haltekante sowie eine neue Haltestelleninfrastruktur mit Personenunterstand und WC-Anlage. Für die geordnete Ableitung des Oberflächenwassers wird im gesamten Projektperimeter eine neue Strassenentwässerung erstellt. Die Wasserleitung DN 160 wird im Strassenperimeter ersetzt sowie die Beleuchtung und Rohranlage angepasst.
