Description

Die Gebäudehüllen der beiden Mehrfamilienhäuser werden mit einer neuen hinterlüfteten Fassaden ausgeführt, damit diese die heutigen energetischen Anforderungen erfüllen. Neue grössere Balkone werden den Wohnkomfort erhöhen. Zusätzlich wird pro Mehrfamilienhaus je ein Personenlift eingebaut. Der Neubau der Tiefgarage erhöht den Komfort der Parkplatzsituation der Mieterschaft, wobei den zukünftigen Bedürfnissen der E-Mobilität Rechnung getragen wird. Die SVA Zürich sucht in dieser Submission eine Leistungserbringerin, welche die bestehenden zwei Mehrfamilienhäuser nach den Vorgaben der Bauherrin und dem aktuellen Stand der Technik erneuern, sowie eine Tiefgarage neu erstellt.
