Закупівля проводиться у порядку проведення спрощених закупівель, визначених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, з урахуванням положень, визначених пунктом 8 Особливостей здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11.11.2022 № 1275 «Деякі питання здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану» (із змінами й доповненнями).
