Description
Постачальник гарантує, що Товар виготовлений із якісних матеріалів з урахуванням заборон визначених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 09.04.2022 № 426 «Про застосування заборони ввезення товарів з Російської Федерації». Відповідно до абз. 2, 3 п. 2 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 року № 1178 (зі змінами) Товар не повинен бути походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран, за винятком товарів походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь, необхідних для ремонту та обслуговування товарів, придбаних до набрання чинності цією постановою
