Поставка Товару здійснюється Продавцем дрібними партіями відповідно до заявки Покупця за графіком: щопонеділка, щосереди та щоп'ятниці до 09:00 години (за київським часом). - Графік та періодичність поставки Товару визначені Покупцем виходячи з технічних та організаційних спроможностей його складських приміщень і холодильного обладнання (з огляду на обмеженість їхньої площі та місткості), а також з метою забезпечення належного виконання вимог Закону України «Про основні принципи та вимоги до безпечності та якості харчових продуктів» № 771/97-ВР щодо дотримання гігієнічних вимог і температурно-вологісного режиму зберігання продуктів, що швидко псуються, на всіх етапах їх обігу. - Обсяг кожної окремої партії Товару визначається Покупцем у заявці із розрахунку його фактичної 2-3-денної потреби, що забезпечує запобігання псуванню продукції та раціональне і ефективне використання коштів відповідно до принципів, визначених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі» та Особливостями, затвердженими постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 № 1178. - Продавець зобов’язується суворо дотримуватися узгодженого Графіка та обсягів поставки. Поставка Товару з порушенням Графіка або в обсягах, що перевищують заявлені Покупцем, вважається неналежним виконанням умов Договору, а Покупець має право відмовитися від прийняття такої партії Товару, та розірвати договір в односторонньому порядку.
