Description

Der Energienutzungsgrad der Bestandesanlage der KVA Turgi soll durch Wärmerück­gewinnung aus den Rauchgasen der beiden Ofenlinien 3 und 4 (OL3 und OL4) weiter verbessert werden. Zu diesem Zweck ist die Errichtung und der Betrieb eines zusätzlichen Gas-Wasser-Wärmetauschers vorgesehen, der dem Rauchgas Wärme entzieht und diese an das Fernwärmenetz abgibt. Die Installation und Integration dieses Wärmetauschers erfordert einige Umbauarbeiten und Modifikationen an der Bestandsanlage. Die vorgesehene Wärmerückgewinnung aus den Rauchgasen macht weitere Anpassungen erforderlich, die sowohl bei der Auslegung der neu zu liefernden Komponenten als auch bei den Anpassungen an der bestehenden Anlage berücksichtigt werden müssen.
