Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług biokoniugacji w celu wytworzenia koniugatów przeciwciało-lek (Antibody-Drug Conjugates). Ze względu na konieczność ochrony informacji o wysokim stopniu poufności, szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (Załącznik 02) oraz formularz ofertowy (Załącznik 03) są udostępniane wyłącznie Oferentom, którzy zobowiążą się do zachowania poufności. Aby uzyskać dostęp do tych informacji, Oferenci muszą przesłać podpisaną umowę o zachowaniu poufności (NDA) lub przedstawić informację o obowiązującej umowie NDA. Wzór NDA stanowi Załącznik 01. Wypełnioną i podpisaną umowę NDA należy przesłać na adres: tenders@ryvu.com, z numerem referencyjnym zapytania ofertowego RFQ 20 08 BS w tytule wiadomości. Zamawiający zainicjuje proces podpisania NDA. *** The subject of the contract is the provision of bioconjugation services for the generation of Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs). Due to the necessity of protecting highly sensitive information, the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (Appendix 02) and the offer form (Appendix 03) are made available only to Bidders who undertake to maintain confidentiality. In order to access this information, Bidders must submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or provide information about an NDA currently in force. The NDA template is attached as Appendix 01. The fulfilled and signed NDA should be returned to tenders@ryvu.com, with the reference number of RFQ 20 08 2026 BS included in the title of the message. The Ordering Party will initiate the NDA signing process.
