Le présent avis entre dans le cadre de l'opération de rénovation énergétique et de modernisation de la piscine municipale de SINNAMARY Dans le cadre de l'étude, du chiffrage et des travaux, l'entrepreneur devra, en parallèle de ses propres pièces marché, prendre connaissance des documents constitutifs (plans et CCTP) de chaque lot, afin, de prévoir toutes les répercussions possibles sur ses travaux et installations qu'il devra organiser en conséquence, et effectuer toutes les fournitures demandées, compte tenu de ces conditions. D'autre part s'agissant d'un établissement existant, l'entrepreneur devra effectuer une visite obligatoire avant soumission pour prendre connaissance des lieux, de leurs spécificité et contraintes d'intervention. En conséquence l'entrepreneur ne pourra se prévaloir d'erreurs ou d'omissions éventuelles. Il doit prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires pour livrer une installation en parfait ordre de marche et réglementaire. Les prestations sont réparties en 10 lots, attribués par marchés séparés.
