Le projet consiste à rénover le parc d’éclairage public existant de la ville de Vichy en installant des lanternes ou projecteurs en technologie LED (environ 2 350) afin de réaliser des économies d’énergie conséquentes grâce à cette technologie ainsi qu’en planifiant des abaissements de puissances préprogrammés. Pour cela, la ville de Vichy souhaite s’attacher les services d’un maitre d’œuvre pour concevoir le projet et suivre la réalisation des travaux.
