La Ville de Bourg-lès-Valence, dans le cadre de la gestion, de la mise en conformité et de la valorisation de son patrimoine immobilier, engage une opération de rénovation et de restructuration des locaux affecté au service Propreté Urbaine, situés au Stade Claret. Cette opération a pour objectifs : - D'améliorer les conditions d'hygiène, de sécurité et de travail des agents ; - De mettre les locaux en conformité avec les réglementations en vigueur ; - D'adapter les espaces aux besoins fonctionnels actuels du service ; - D'améliorer la performance énergétique et la pérennité du bâtiment ; - De traiter les désordres identifiés sur l'enveloppe bâtie afin d'assurer la conservation durable de l'ouvrage
