Travaux de rénovation des Installations de production de chaleur et d'eau chaude sanitaire à l'EHPAD PIMPENEAU - Fourniture et pose de chaudières Les travaux seront réalisés durant la période estivale 2026. La mise en service opérationnelle de la production de chaleur devra être réalisée pour le 15 septembre 2026 au plus tard. Les travaux de finition devront être soldés et réceptionnés au plus tard le 30 septembre 2026. L'attention des entreprises est attirée sur la particularité de l'opération qui se déroulera en site occupé et en activité. Pendant les travaux, le bâtiment restera occupé et en service. Il importera donc de maintenir en fonctionnement la production d'eau chaude sanitaire et le chauffage durant les travaux
