Le marché a pour objet les travaux de rénovation de la toiture du bâtiment "Manège" 5, Avenue Sarrail à Belfort. Il se décompose en 4 lots : - Lot 1 : Désamiantage - Lot 2 : Déplombage et traitement de la charpente métallique - Lot 3 : Charpente métallique renforcement - Lot 4 : Couverture / Zinguerie Seul le lot 1 a été attribué, à DESAMIANTAGE FRANCE DEMOLITION pour un montant de 54 500,00 € HT. Le lot 2 a été déclaré sans suite au motif que ce lot présente un dossier de consultation comportant des erreurs par voie de conséquence du lot 3. Le lot 3 a été déclaré sans suite au motif que le cahier des charges établi par le maître d'œuvre présente des erreurs techniques concernant le renforcement de la charpente métallique. Le lot 4 a été déclaré sans suite au motif que la DPGF établie par le maître d'œuvre comporte une erreur de quantité.
