Description

Opération de rénovation - réhabilitation de la crèche municipale Gardelune pour le compte de la ville de Tassin la Demi-Lune. ENVIRONNEMENT : Le volume concerné par la réhabilitation représente environ 220m². Seuls les espaces destines aux enfants sont concernés. La crèche est aménagée sur un seul niveau, à rez-de-chaussée. PHASAGE DES TRAVAUX : Le délai global prévu pour l'exécution de l'ensemble des prestations est de 12 semaines, à compter de la date fixée par ordre de service. La période de préparation du chantier, non comprise dans le délai global, est fixée à un mois. La date prévisionnelle de début de la préparation est le 11/05/2026, et la date prévisionnelle de début des prestations est le 15/06/2026 pour se terminer le 04/09/2026 (compris la réception). Le chantier se déroulera en grande partie durant les mois d'été. Les entreprises qui répondront à la consultation devront avoir pris en compte cette information et disposer d'équipes disponibles durant cette période estivale
