Renovation and sustainability upgrade of the Rijswijk Theatre

The municipality procures the renovation and sustainability improvement of the Rijswijk Theatre at Generaal Spoorlaan 10 in Rijswijk, the Netherlands. The works must be carried out according to the technical description, the overall schedule, the general terms and the draft construction contract. The UAV 2012 conditions apply to the works, except where expressly deviated from in the construction contract and/or general terms.
